Let's learn a new verb again. Būti, which you learned in the previous lesson, is the only irregular verb of all Lithuanian verbs. Irregular means that it doesn't follow all rules. Every other verb is regular, which means that they follow the rules that you will learn eventually.

eiti means to go or to walk:

einu (I go)
tu eini (you go)
jis, ji, jie, jos eina (he, she, they go)
mes einame (we go)
jūs einate (you go)

Word Meaning
eiti 1. go
man reikia eiti
I need to go
2. walk
man patinka eiti mišku
I like to walk in the forest

nice course, though you could specify when we drop vowels, for example we can drop the e at the end of einame to create einam, which is informal
