As you remember, Lithuanians have a special case for greeting. This is how you should address women who are called Milda, Dovilė and Dalia:
Labas, Milda!
Sveika, Dovile!
Laba diena, Dalia!
As you see, the ending has changed only in Dovilė.
Often female words that end in a are stressed in the last syllable. For example, mama is stressed in the last syllable, but when you address mama, the stress jumps to the first syllable:
Mama, kur tu? (Mother, where are you?)
