20 dvidešimt
30 trisdešimt
40 keturiasdešimt
50 penkiasdešimt
60 šešiasdešimt
70 septyniasdešimt
80 aštuoniasdešimt
90 devyniasdešimt

Just take the feminine plural accusative case of 2-9 (dvi, tris, keturias, penkias, etc) and add dešimt:

dvi + dešimt = dvidešimt

Just like dešimt, these new numbers require the plural genitive case for the nouns that they measure:

trisdešimt darbininkų (30 workers)
penkiasdešimt menininkų (50 artists)
devyniasdešimt klasių (90 classes)
etc

And they too are not declined (do not have cases):

Čia yra dvidešimt berniukų. There are twenty children in here.
Mums reikia trisdešimt mergaičių. We need thirty girls.
Devyniasdešimt vaikų patinka mokykla. Ninety children like school.
