To ask where, you have to use the adverb kur.
Kur tu esi? Where are you?
Kur kalbėti? Where to speak?
Kur eina jos sesė? Where does her sister go?
Dariau, kur eini? Darius, where are you going?
Dovile, kur mes einame? Dovilė, where are we going?
Kur tėvas? Where is father?
