So I am sending my Lithuanian relatives a package in the mail. It contains a shot glass, to replace the one I accidentally broke when I visited : O
Attached to the glass, I want to write a note saying: "Because I broke your other glass : )".
This is what I have so far:
"Nes aš laužiau jūsų [other] taurelę : )"

I have a few questions:
1. Can "jūsų refer to more than one person? (i.e. I broke the shot glass that was all of theirs)
2. Is what I have so far grammatically correct?
3. How would I say "other glass" or "first glass"?

Ačiū už pagalba <-(Is this correct also?)
:)

I'm so sorry this got lost in the spambot mess. I'm sure you've sent this already. But I will anyway answer your questions.
First of all, the correct way to say what you want to say is: Nes sudaužiau jūsų kitą taurelę. (you can add the aš, but its not mandatory)
To answer your questions:
1 jūs, jūsų and the rest of its cases refer to either one person formally, or may people.
2 it is grammatically correct, but not semantically. The verb you should use is daužyti, which translates to something like shatter.
3 kita taurelė
