Did u mean attentive for your attendful? If yes, than

"Maloniausias ir atidžiausias žmogus pasaulyje"
For 'the most kindest' u can also use: meiliausas, geriausias, švelniausias..."
For 'most attentive" u can also use: dėmesingiausias, rūpestingiausias, mandagiausas, paslaugiausias"
It depends on what feature u wanna accent. Mines were those, in whole phrase (:

these lithuanian forms are just used with 'the most..'. without it it would be: malonus, atidus, meilus, geras, švelnus, dėmesingas, rūpestingas, mandagus, paslaugus.

I'd say "maloniausias ir rūpestingiausias vyras pasaulyje" because this word accents the caring towards another person. Atidžiausias also means the most alert.

And is it a male or just a human? (vyras or žmogus)
